ABOUT ME
I'm a driven UX leader with over a decade of experience in UX and product design. Beyond being a big-picture thinker and problem solver, I'm all about getting things done. My goal is to deliver high-quality customer experiences that drive business results, while fostering a workplace where people can thrive creatively, feel empowered to reach their full potential, and have fun!

MY CURRENT FOCUS
I lead a dynamic team of UX Designers, Content Designers, and Design Technologists at Nordstrom. Together, we built and scaled a multi-brand design system, modernized our CMS platform, and elevated the Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack digital experiences. I'm laser-focused on upholding design excellence and delivering experiences that are scalable, intuitive, and accessible for both customers and employees.

WHAT I’VE DONE PREVIOUSLY
I've worked at tech giants like Amazon and Microsoft. At Amazon, I led the UX design for various large-scale programs, contributing to the successful launches of iconic products such as the Kindle, Echo, Amazon Fire TV, Fire Tablets, and Alexa Smart Home Devices. During my tenure at Microsoft, I played a role in shaping the customer experience for the Microsoft Store and its flagship products, including Office, Xbox, and Microsoft Surface.
